1) PRODUCT MANAGER

Full-time, Permanent

The role of the Product Manager is both an administrative & a creative role, and will report to the 2 company directors, as well as working alongside our E-commerce manager.

Objective: To co-ordinate the product development process within Craft Buddy; to ensure product compliance with safety standards; and product quality control, both at source and in our warehouses.

Create and Managing product folders, to group in one shared location all information related to a product, including but not limited to: products safety certificates and declarations, product spec forms, artworks, original artwork images, packaging artworks etc.

Liaise with product designers, making sure projects are delivered in a timely manner, and that resources are not over-stretched

2) OFFICE ASSISTANT

Part-time, Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working Office Assistant who is organised, diligent and has a good telephone manner, to assist with various administrative and clerical duties in our head office in Chesham. The successful candidate will report directly to our Finance & HR Manager. Applications via the government Kickstarter programme are welcome.

3) WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE (Via Kickstarter)

Part-time, Fixed Term Contract

We have a fantastic opportunity for a  Warehouse Operative to join a successful and exciting Arts, Crafts & Toy company.

Working as part of our small warehouse team to ensure fast, efficient and accurate pick-and-pack for the three key sales channels in our business: website orders, TV shopping channel orders, and bulk wholesale orders.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and will work closely with fellow warehouse operatives, as well as the Trade Sales department. Applications via the government Kickstarter programme are welcome.

4) WEB ASSISTANT (Via Kickstarter)

Part-time, Fixed Term Contract

We’re looking for a bright, motivated Web Assistant to support our E-Commerce Manager in ensuring he high performance of our e-commerce webshops. Duties will include listing our products on our websites and other marketplaces, price checking, assisting on customer service, making changes to our websites when required, and assisting with order pick & pack when required. 5) SALES INTERNSHIP (Via Kickstarter)

Start dates: Flexible.

We are offering an ambitious school leaver, undergraduate or recent graduate the opportunity to join our sales department for 4 months, as part of a paid internship at our headquarters in Chesham, Buckinghamshire. Craft Buddy exports their products in the UK, and in over 15 countries worldwide. Join the sales team and gain experience in international trade and sales during a period of fast growth. This role reports directly to the Head of Sales.
