E-Commerce Assistant

Reporting to our E-Commerce Manager, this role will help support day to day management of our website and E-Commerce channels. Duties and responsibilities: Listing products via eBay, Amazon, Shopify. Price checking. Helping with the help desk, (e.g. Supporting customers over the phone, via email, etc.) Making changes to our websites when required. Helping with order pick & pack if required. Knowledge of the following elements is desirable: SEO, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HTML5, eBay, Amazon, Magento/Shopify and photo editing. Laptop and desktop hardware knowledge. Knowledge of eBay and Amazon listing methods. Experience of refurbishment and repair of IT equipment. Self-motivated to work independently. Able to adapt to the changing needs of the business. Passion for technology. Attention to detail.


Office Assistant

Reporting to our Finance and HR Manager, this role will sport the day to day running of the office and general administration duties. Your profile: Computer literate in MS Excel, Word, Outlook. Good telephone manner and a good listener. Empathetic, engaging and with a problem solving attitude. Flexibility with tasks. Positive attitude in the face of difficult customers. Desired, but not essential, is an interest in Arts & Crafts and a willingness to get stuck in and learn about our products and how they work. Previous customer service experience for 1+ years is desirable, although not essential.
